The Cake Factory is a HACCP food safety certified food manufacture.  Providing our consumers with peace of mind that food has been received, prepared, stored and delivered safely to our customers.

Regular inspections are conducted of all practices, stock holdings, equipment and the facilities.

 

 

 

 

Our Staff care about the food safety of their customers.  They are provided training and are required to complete annual food safety training and assessments.
